In this video I demonstrate a DIY method of adding external (solar) power to the Fluke 287 / 289 digital multimeter. I'm hoping to power and recharge the Fluke from solar power. This is a proof of concept project for myself...and you if you think it might be a handy hack ;-) TAKE NOTE....Do this at your OWN RISK. You will void your lifetime Fluke warranty!!!
