The chinese el-cheapo vc 97. Recorded using my zte blade mobile so the video quality is anything but decent. Apart from the things shown in here it has a diode test, frequency and duty cycle measurement, Quite a bargain if you aren't all into measurement reliablity. Dave tested its cousin, the vc99, on the eevblog, so you might have a look at that one as well.
